Today is the first anniversary of my first official job, let’s celebrate: now if I go unemployed at least I have worked for 1 year and thus am allowed government money (not much, but that’s still useful just in case).
Also I have a new coworker. He knows next to nothing about computers and will be working on corsican translations, on Word 2000. It’s very hard to explain Word’s weird bugs and inconsistencies to a newbie. It’s like “look, now it works ! it didn’t work 10 seconds earlier but now it does !”, and “it doesn’t indent your paragraph ? let’s try again. shit. again. shit. again. ah I knew it would work after 3 or 4 times !”.

Around the same hours just one year ago I was setting up dayzero.org in order to move there by the end of the week, and now I’m setting up tidakada.net in order to move by the end of this week.
