I’m gonna shoot the dog

My mother and I have tried everything, from house-cleaning products to rotten meat, and the bastard is still alive.
If you have any recipe for poisoning a dog, please contact me.

I am serious.

  1. hope you’re just joking man…
but it’s a real bad joke!
…have you tried to call the kennels for them to take the dog? (or take it yourself and driving it to the kennels, if it’s a “i-will-let-you-take-me” kind of dog).
Killing it it’s not the right solution, anyway.

  2. Is your dog tt bad?

  3. Put some rat poison in a can of dog food. If it’s a large dog (over 35bls) I’d do this a few times. He’ll foam at the mouth and be dead in a few days.

  4. I wish it was only a bad joke.
But it’s not. The dog is dirty and dangerous, and my stepdad won’t accept that fact.
He managed to get in the apartment this morning and tried to bite my sister for no reason.
We can’t put up with that crap anymore, this is why we want to poison this dog.
We already tried rat poison, this dog has a stomach that can assimilate anything…

  5. don’t poison it! Take it to a kennel or have it euthanized, but for God’s sake don’t poison it - even if it’s a horrible animal. That’s just plain cruel.

  6. actually, before you euthanize it or take it to the kennel… why not find a good “dog-school” and have it re-trained? And have it checked by a vet, maybe it’s getting nasty because it’s ill.

  7. or failing that … dark chocolate kills dogs. I left sum on the table and my dog ate it… a week later it was dead. the vet said theres summin in dark chocolate that they cant have :(

  8. yeah, poisoning is not the way to go. If you are serious and for whatever reason taking it to an animal shelter is not an option you need to do something quick a humane like a bullet or something. Not a stupid little slug gun either! I’m not pro-shooting dogs but it’s much better than poisoning it!

  9. the best solution remains having the vet put it to sleep

  10. Michel, I had you as a nice person, but after reading this… I don’t know.

My ex-girlfriend loved cats and used to “adopt” many stray cats. But from time to time some would “disappear”, because her neighbour was short-minded like you.

Yeah, the dog tried to bit your sister, but what about getting someone to take the animal somewhere else, like a kennel?

    That’s pretty sad, man…

  11. Don’t worry, I’m going to bring a vet to kill the dog.
That’s what the kennel would do anyway, because this dog is just dangerous (it’s not the first time that he tried to bite one of us…).
