K-Meleon 0.7

If you’d like to run a Gecko-based browser, but you think Mozilla is a bit too heavy because of it being “everything and the kitchen sink“, then you’ll welcome K-Meleon 0.7 with open arms! It’s lightweight, fast, has a native GUI and is still skinnable. Did I say it’s incredibly fast?

  1. It’s funny because I saw this one DeviantArt this morning and really wanted to give it a try. Obviously, I didn’t get a chance to download the file at seven in the morning, but I think that when I get home I’ll give it a shot.

  2. And Phoenix ? And Phoenix ?
The little brother is very pleasant. I prefer it to Moz.

  4. Well, I started using Phoenix, because I was bored of Galeon and still not being able to compile Mozilla with the options I want…
I like Phoenix, but on Windows I’d rather use K-Meleon ;)

  5. Also, K-Meleon works better on a slower pc with less resources (300MHz, 64mb, etc). But that is not that big an issue for a lot of people ;-)
